Feedback and Support

Our organization operates a trucking and logistics facility with on-site parking and an operational office.

The property includes a designated parking area adjacent to the office building. Entry to the office is located on ground level and is accessible from the parking area. The office serves as a dispatch and administrative space used by company drivers, delivery personnel, vendors, and scheduled visitors.

Due to the industrial nature of the facility — including a truck yard, garage, and active vehicle traffic — certain areas of the property may have limited accessibility. Visitors are required to follow posted safety procedures when on site.

At this time, the facility does not include specialized accessibility features such as public reception counters, elevators, audio induction systems, or accessible service desks. However, administrative staff are available to provide assistance and accommodate accessibility needs related to communication or documentation whenever reasonably possible.

We remain committed to treating all visitors respectfully and will make reasonable efforts to support accessibility needs when notified in advance.
